This course is designed to teach the trainees the actual practice and art of cooking through theory, technique, palate training, speed and teamwork. These will be the essentials for success in your culinary career. Trainees learn the classical French knife skills, preparation of stocks and the essential skills of meat, fish and poultry fabrication as well as food safety.
