Qualifications:
  • Education background with Diploma or Equivalent in catering/Hotel Management; Certified in Food Safety Management (HACCP)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable five-star hotel
  • Experience running large multi-outlet venues
  • Point of Sales System
  • Experience in Managing Food & Beverage Costs and Inventory Control
